The location is easy to find and convenient in the city center. There are also many parking lots nearby. I like the room has more space than other hotel rooms in Japan. I spent only one night as a transit between my journey from Shizuoka airport to Lake Yamanakako so I didn’t get to experience any facility.

The breakfast was very good with local cuisines and ingredients. The location is excellent, just a short underground walk from the JR station. There are many shops and restaurants around. Hotel staff is helpful and professional. Room clean and relatively large. Highly recommended.

Comfortable bed. A good range of free toiletries at reception. As previous reviews said, the breakfast buffet is fantastic. Very reasonable price. Quiet room.

It's a nice place for the value, I booked a comfort room and had plenty of space! It's a very convenient location (although I didn't realize it was in such a nightlife area - it wasn't loud, though). The bathrooms were nice, breakfast was pretty good, and the front desk staff were friendly.
